Academic knowledge alone is not enough
Integrated Center for Industrial Pharma Private Limited was founded on a plain observation. Universities build strong theoretical foundations, but graduates rarely arrive with exposure to the regulated, high-precision environments that pharmaceutical operations run on. Our work is to close that distance.

From Classroom to Cleanroom
ICIP is a specialised training and skill development provider based in Kochi, India. We focus exclusively on preparing pharmacy, bioscience and chemistry graduates for careers in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
Our programs bridge the gap between academic education and the practical demands of the industry. Through hands-on cleanroom training, exposure to industry-standard equipment and structured regulatory compliance modules, we make sure trainees are job-ready from day one.

The centre
Kakkanad, Kochi
ICIP operates from the Geospatial Campus on VSNL Road, Kakkanad, inside Kochi’s information technology corridor and within reach of Kerala’s pharmaceutical and life-sciences employers.
